From the point of Kaizens inception Vince Russo the Managing Director became very clear about his intent to create a building company that was not like all the rest. Vince began his career as a schedular and estimator, following his ten years experience within this role for project home builders Vince identified key components that influenced a clients experience of the building industry, some of which leaving clients very unsatisfied. Determined to make a difference and create a unique experience offering value for money, Vince joined M&P Homes where he became a registered builder. Along side his parents Vince successfully ran M&P Homes for 9 years.
